AbstractThe study included isolation and identification of pathogenic fungi associated with the mycotic keratitis in sheep and cattle, the observed study Aspergillus niger was the most frequent species isolated and was accounted to 62.5% of all isolates, while other fungi included Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus, Alternaria sp isolated in 12.5% for each .
